Chartered Accountant by profession , Shri K G Somani, was the president of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1988-89. He was elected as a member of the Central Council of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in the year 1979, and was a council member during 1979-1992 (12 years). He is a Fellow Member of ICAI and also a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is a director in a number of public companies K G Somani was a member of the central direct tax advisory committee during 1988-1989 and was also director on the board of Delhi Stock Exchange. He also represented India on the council of International Federation of Accountants New York during June 1990 to December 1992.
He has worked on all the standing committees during his continued membership of the council during 1979-1992; has been chairman of professional development committee, board of studies and the company law committee of the institute during this period. He was the Chairman of the technical standards committee of South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA). He has participated in a large number of seminars and conferences all over India and abroad.

Expertise in due diligence and accounting and assisted teams in valuations and financial modeling. Additionally, he has been involved in various auditing assignments comprising of sectors such as Oil & Gas, Automobile manufacturing, NBFCs & various other service industries.
Tripti Shinghal is a Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Financial Advisory Services and has over 5 years of professional experience in carrying out due diligence reviews and working capital reviews for multi-national clients as well as domestic clients, both in the private and public sectors.
Tripti works with clients from a cross-section of industry segments. Tripti also does a lot of work for private equity clients in India, and also co-ordinates for TS India’s efforts for private equity clients.
On a functional basis, Tripti works across the deal continuum, with a focus on due diligence . Her experience includes assisting in an assignment of fraud investigation with World Bank, D.C officials. In addition to this, Tripti’s experience includes two years of involvement in statutory audits, internal audits and various other special assignments

Jatropha Curcas (Ratanjyot) is a very hardy plant, having following benefits;
It is used extensively for the hedge and boundary of the plot, without needing extra irrigation and fertilizers.
This is an evergreen variety of plant and acts as wind barrier, allowing growing of summer crops in the fields.
Seeds of Jetropha have high oil content (30% to 35%), which has a demand in lubricant, soap, pharmaceutical industry. Recent developments have found a very promising use of the oil for manufacture of Bio Diesel. It is proposed that the contour and long boundary of the site be effectively used for growing Jetropha.
Presently there is no reputed nursery in Ladnun area, which can provide saplings and seedlings of proven high quality stock. It is proposed that in conjunction with the Ministry of Forests and Environment, a nursery might be developed which would provide planting material of proven high quality for propagation in the neighboring areas. In the first instance, it is proposed that the facility would be used to prepare planting material for growing Jatropha, Acacia, Arjun, Neem, Pomegranate etc . A portion of the output will be used at the sight itself for the forestation drive undertaken. It is also proposed that a medicinal garden to produce medicinal plants for commercial application should be developed at site. Some of the plants will be directly used in production of Ayurvedic medicines, while the remaining would be used for commercial applications.
The cows at SRAG are fed only agricultural produce and the urine is of excellent medicinal quality. Presently it is used on only experimental basis and the results have been encouraging. It is proposed that SRAG will employ a qualified Ayurvedic Vaidya for preparation of medicines under a license from the Drug Controller.
